This talk with Jim was most enlightening, and I cant tell you how much clarity Jim's perspective have given me for my consulting business. I am in the Hospitality Business for the last 30 years and consulting has been since 1991. Jim's remarks on focused consulting services or shall I say very specific areas of consulting makes so much more sense.
Can we have Jim back to talk on how to network our services?

I found this session one of the most memorable 70 minute in my 35 years of consulting. It is a must hear session. Probably the best outcome will be the reflective discernment that come from the word, lessons learned and wisdom of Jim Horan.
